Dear Aa readers,
Picture this: It is a beautiful day, no responsibilities are in the way of your joy: no harassment from co-workers, no university deadlines, a mellow Sault song is playing in the background, and rays of sunshine are falling onto your kitchen table.
You have made the executive decision to have a wonderful yet simple breakfast, either on your lonesome or with your friends that get the vision. The spread is perfect: fresh berries, the Bialetti is doing it’s thing for the first cup of coffee and you finally decide to open that jar of jam that you have been saving for a “special occasion”. And now a conundrum presents itself: are you gonna go to the supermarket to get a baguette that could easily be used as a self-defense weapon or a loaf that can just be described as sad? The answer is neither. If there is one thing we know, it is where to get amazing bread in Amsterdam.
