If you didn’t have enough of the heatwave, San Francisco has you covered. Our favorite space in the centre got a new dimension, extending into the basement with a brand new kitchen. They’re celebrating with Heatwave a pop-up kitchen festival that started last weekend on 27th & 28th June and extends through the summer with exciting and delicious surprises. 

You can find Chinese, Thai, Mexican, American, Japanese cuisine in collab with one of the hottest local kitchen stars. This week Bang Bang 187 will showcase Thai-inspired food. You can make a reservation here. 

The July schedule includes Bang Bang 187 this weekend, Sichuan Territory on July 16th, Santo from July 23rd until 25th. In August, some of our favorite collectives such as Butterboys & Sebonsa, Stacks Diner, and Tim van der Molen from Nikotin will be taking the reins of the basement kitchen.
